What can I expect at a session?

Each session is really relaxed – we start with an informal online cuppa and brief introduction to the SPACE host/team. There’ll also be a chance to listen to a short interview style conversation with a guest speaker who will share a bit about their own previous experiences of infertility or loss, and offer some practical advice, and opportunity for participants to reflect on their own experiences and ask questions afterwards.

Anyone who has experienced infertility, or a loss at any stage of pregnancy (whether recently or in the past) is welcome to attend our sessions.

You can come along & participate at whatever level feels comfortable for you, say as much or as little as you like, ask questions and share your own experiences, post your comments in the chat box, or to just listen in quietly, attend with your camera on or off…

It really is your space!
